Job summary

Radar Reinvented, a leading radar technology company, seeks an APAC Business Development Director to drive system integrator partnerships and ecosystem relationships across Asia. You will support sales teams in targeted market segments and ensure partner success through strategic collaborations.

The role requires international travel up to 50%, strong experience in security and defense partnerships, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executives and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle partner and channel sales.
• Experience representing technical hardware solutions.
• Strong network into CUAS system integrator ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop strategic system integration and ecosystem partners.
• Identify internal/external support to cultivate partnerships.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives of partners/customers.
• Lead development of partner profiles and needs.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships within the ecosystem.
• Conduct on-site overviews and training of the product; represent company at conferences.
• Forecast Not-For-Resale radar sales and Horizon opportunities.
• Perform related tasks to support business needs.
