The role requires developing strategic growth plans, cultivating senior customer relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams through campaigns from opportunity identification to contract award, with 25–50% travel and potential relocation for international campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of BD, capture, or related experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue radar business opportunities in U.S. and international markets.
• Develop campaign-specific capture strategies and secure resources for execution.
• Lead cross-functional capture efforts from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Maintain senior-level customer relationships and advise on future needs.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive positioning.
