Job summary

Barracuda Networks Inc. is seeking a Regional Employee Benefits Manager to support the accurate, compliant delivery of benefit programs across assigned countries, with a focus on APAC operations and employee lifecycle events.

You will partner with Global Benefits and brokers to manage enrolments, inquiries, and vendor coordination while ensuring governance and consistency in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a similar support role
• Strong data management and accuracy in record-keeping
• Experience supporting APAC benefits programs or multi-country environments preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
• Customer-first mindset with commitment to employee support

Responsibilities

• Administer regional benefits programmes across assigned countries and markets
• Manage enrolment and employee changes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Resolve employee and HR enquiries with clear guidance and escalation when needed
• Coordinate vendors and brokers, supporting renewals and service delivery
• Maintain compliance and governance, supporting audits and regulatory requirements
• Support communications, enrolment activities, reporting and process improvements
