Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Regional Leader of Benefits to manage health, savings, and leave programs across the Americas. You will lead a team of country-level experts, align strategy with market trends, and partner with internal groups to enable compelling employee experiences.

The role requires deep expertise in benefit design, ERISA compliance, and vendor management, with a track record of cross-country program delivery and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior regional benefit program design and leadership in the Americas.
• Deep expertise in health & welfare plan design and qualified retirement plan administration.
• Strong command of federal and state regulatory landscape (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA).
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a track record influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party benefit providers and vendor relationships across the Americas markets.
• Proven ability to oversee end-to-end benefit program operations across multiple countries.
• Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and advising teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional benefits strategy, aligning with market trends and legal requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of country-level benefits experts.
• Build partnerships across internal groups (Communications, Legal, Procurement, Finance, executive leadership).
• Cultivate relationships with external partners to anticipate market trends.
• Use utilization and vendor metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee delivery of multi-country health, savings, and leave programs.
