Arup is seeking an Americas Benefits Manager to design, govern, and deliver benefit programs across the United States, Canada, and Colombia, aligned with a global benefit strategy. You will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, People Services, and external partners to provide a compliant, scalable program and an excellent member experience.

The role offers high visibility within a global company, with leadership across regional teams, vendor relationships, and open enrollment cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health, retirement, wellbeing, and time‑away programs.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits with experience across Canada and Colombia.
• Experience managing vendors, renewals, and complex benefit processes.
• Experience in professional services or matrixed environments.
• Exposure to global or regional benefits governance models.

Responsibilities

• Design, governance, and delivery of benefit programs across the Americas.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Lead annual open enrollment and renewal cycles.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide leadership to regional People Partners and Services teams.
• Analyze data to assess program performance and inform decisions.
