Qualifications

• Ability to manage accounts payable and treasury processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices and ensure payments align with contracts.
• Code and post invoices to proper club, account and period.
• Process expense reports and track expenses.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts and 1099/W-9 processes.
• Prepare monthly reports and support month-end closing.
• Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.
