National Fitness Partners seeks an Accounts Payable / Treasury Analyst to support financial, administrative and clerical functions across a multi-unit organization. • Receive and verify invoices and ensure payments align with contracts.
• Code and post invoices to proper club, account and period.
• Process expense reports and track expenses.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts and 1099/W-9 processes.
• Prepare monthly reports and support month-end closing.
• Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.

Essential Job Functions

• Receive and verify invoices - ensure only paying per company contracts and obligations
• Work with various departments to ensure invoices are properly approved and paid timelyand accurately
• Code/Upload invoices to proper club, account and accounting period
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• Organize and prioritize invoices to process and pay to ensure nothing is delinquent
• Partner with vendors to streamline the payables process and ensure accounts are reconciled regularly
• Analyze accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment, as well as proper accounting
• Maintain and oversee the 1099 and W9 process
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Produce monthly reports
• Assist with month end closing
• Maintain accurate historical records
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
