• 1099 maintenance, including ensuring vendors are set up correctly in the ERP.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation per accounting standards and internal controls.
