CooperVision, a leading contact lens manufacturer, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee AP activities in a Global Business Services setup. You will manage invoice processing, PO matching, vendor inquiries, and month-end close while supporting internal controls and SOX compliance.

You will coordinate month-end closings, verify vendor setups across ERP systems, and assist with audits, cash forecasting, and 1099 reporting, driving continuous improvement within AP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in AP.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understanding of P2P processes and best practices in a GBS environment.

Responsabilités

• Team supervision: lead AP specialists, assign tasks, monitor performance, and train.
• Invoice and payment processing: oversee daily entry, approvals, and payments.
• Month-end close: coordinate closing, verify accruals and reconciliations.
• Vendor management: verify vendor setups and onboarding.
• Cash management: monitor payments and resolve issues.
• Process improvement: identify automation opportunities within AP.
• Customer service: communicate policies and discrepancies with partners.
• Other duties as assigned by the AP Manager.
