Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years AP experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in AP.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced GBS environment.
• Normal office environment; sedentary to light physical effort.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team and mentor AP specialists; assign tasks and train staff.
• Oversee daily invoice entry, approvals, and payments per policy.
• Coordinate month-end closing for AP and reconciliations.
• Verify vendor setups and authenticate bank credentials across ERP.
• Monitor critical payments and resolve uncleared items.
• Identify process improvements to streamline AP workflows.
• Communicate with internal/external partners on policies and inquiries.
