Job summary

Inspire-Brands seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Atlanta to lead a team in a high-volume, multi-brand environment. The role oversees invoicing, payments, supplier support, 1099 reporting, and unclaimed property compliance while maintaining strong controls.

Based in our Atlanta Global Support Center, the position requires onsite presence four days a week. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in AP with leadership experience, deep SOX knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing

Qualifications

• Proven AP expertise with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls and financial processes.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee full AP lifecycle: invoicing, payments, supplier support.
• Ensure timely payment processing and disbursements (ACH, wire, check, virtual card).
• Maintain 1099 reporting and unclaimed property processes.
• Support internal/external audits and audit readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
