Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Accounts Payable automation tools.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support offshore Accounts Payable team members to ensure SLA achievement.
• Oversee daily AP workflow: invoices, payments, expense reports, and vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor productivity and service levels to meet targets.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance guidance to AP staff.
• Assist onboarding and development of new employees and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities for AP.
