Job summary

Inspire is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team in our Atlanta Global Support Center. You will oversee end-to-end AP processes, enforce SOX controls, manage disbursements, and drive process improvements in a multi-brand environment.

You will develop talent, set performance goals, and ensure audit readiness while staying onsite four days a week. Experience with Oracle Cloud or SAP Cloud is highly valued, as is strong Excel proficiency and supplier management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with end-to-end AP process ownership.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with 1099 reporting, supplier tax compliance, and unclaimed property administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals.
• Oversee full AP lifecycle: invoice processing and payment disbursements.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements for efficiency and controls.
