Job summary

MX Holdings is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team in our St. Louis area office. You will ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, uphold internal controls, and drive compliance with company policies.

You will oversee a team, manage workloads, and collaborate across departments to resolve variances while maintaining AP integrity and audit readiness. This role offers leadership growth within a larger finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable professionals.
• Oversee workload distribution and training for all AP functions.
• Review AP batches for completeness and accuracy.
