Job summary

Transdev is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the AP team, ensure accurate vendor payments, and maintain policy compliance including SOX controls. Lead onshore/offshore staff, optimize processes, and develop KPI dashboards in a high-volume environment.

The role requires 6+ years AP experience, 2+ years supervising staff, and strong Excel data skills. Located in Lombard, IL with a hybrid work setup; salary range $68,000–$84,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume corporate environment.
• 2+ years of supervising Accounts Payable staff, including performance management, coaching and workload management.
• Experience developing KPI reporting, AP performance metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onshore and offshore AP Specialists and Analysts.
• Promote digital payments adoption and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain AP KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze AP data to identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Support AP system testing and 1099 reporting.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies.
