Motion Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for the Duluth, GA area. The role leads daily expense payables operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, and non-PO invoices, while driving KPIs and maintaining strong internal controls.

You will supervise a team of Coordinators and Specialists and partner with offshore support to uphold service quality and efficiency in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Experience with a large monthly volume of invoices.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall PC proficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Conflict management and employee relations experience.

The Accounts Payable Supervisor located in Duluth leads the daily operations of the Expense Payables function to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, and non-PO invoices.
