Jobot is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for our Cincinnati, OH office. This onsite leadership role supervises 3–4 AP staff and collaborates with field operations and vendors to ensure accurate, timely processing of payables.

Key duties include 1099 builds, lease reviews and ASC842 updates, new vendor setup, ACH setup and verification, batch splitting with Tronitech, and check runs. Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with JDEdwards or Lease Query is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable leadership roles is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise 3–4 staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and relevant AP software.

AP Supervisor - Onsite

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Details

The position of “Accounts Payable Supervisor” offers a challenging opportunity for an individual who can perform well in a fast paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills are essential as this position supervises 3-4 individuals and will interact extensively with other Accounts Payable Representatives located in our various field operations as well as outside vendors. The individual will be part of the Home Office Accounts Payable Department and will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Job responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• 1099 build, review, correction, filing
• Leases setup, review and update to ASC842 LeaseQuery
• New vendor setup
• ACH setup and verification – employees and vendors
• Splitting Tronitech imaged batches and invoice processing
• Check run, ACH files including sending and releasing with the bank
• Voids, Garnishments and ACH returns
• Positive pay and uncashed check research

It is important that this person is capable, and comfortable, working in a problem-solving capacity. We are looking for a reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a process or function with a view to making on-going improvements. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be valuable. Any JDEdwards, Tronitech or Lease Query exposure is desirable.
