Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an AP Staff Accountant in Calabasas, CA to support Accounts Payable, GL, and month-end close. This hybrid position offers three days on-site (Tue-Thu) with a flexible schedule.

The role requires strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and experience with AP/GL processes. QuickBooks Enterprise experience is preferred. This contract-to-hire opportunity provides growth potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• AP and GL accounting experience is required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation experience.
• Solid Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• QuickBooks Enterprise experience is preferred.

Role: AP Staff Accountant

Location: Calabasas, CA – Hybrid (3 days onsite, Tues–Thurs)

Pay: $35 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and vendor relationships.


• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.


• Support month-end close, journal entries, and GL accounting.


• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
