Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking an AP Staff Accountant in Calabasas, CA. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) supports Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and month-end close, with a pay rate of $35-$40 per hour.

The team offers medical, dental, and vision benefits as part of the compensation package. You will manage full-cycle AP, assist with journal entries and GL, perform reconciliations, and contribute to GAAP reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• AP and GL accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology, automation, and learning new systems.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
