• 1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce inventory environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and in multi-entity accounting processes.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices and payments; perform two- and three-way matching.
• Code invoices to correct entities and maintain AP records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close.
• Provide limited AR support such as invoice posting and payment application.
• Support intercompany transactions and entity-level vendor setup.
