Boly Welch is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established food manufacturing company in downtown Vancouver, WA. You will manage the full-cycle AP process, process high-volume invoices, perform vendor reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, B2B experience, ERP proficiency, and an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience with ERP.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable software a plus.
• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including high-volume invoice processing.
• Perform complex vendor reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Research aged invoices and prepare audit documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to improve processes and policies.
