Job summary

Nusano is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team at West Valley City. You will process vendor invoices, manage three-way matching, and support month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years AP experience in manufacturing or capital-intensive environments, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor preferred). This is an onsite position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or capital-intensive setting.
• Experience with three-way match, processing invoices, and AP accruals.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receiving, and invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Process ACH, wire, and checks in line with internal controls.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, payment details, and 1099s.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Support capital project and facility-related invoices.
• Assist month-end close and AP accruals; provide audit support.
• Maintain records in Epicor and troubleshoot data or system issues.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to improve AP accuracy.
• Suggest process improvements and support Finance projects.
