Job summary

Nusano is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team at the West Valley City headquarters. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, three-way PO matching, and payment support in a capital-intensive manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or construction settings, a solid understanding of three-way matching, and proficiency with Epicor ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of three-way match processes and purchasing controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receiving records, and invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Process ACH, wire, and checks in compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and tax documents.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP aging items.
• Support month-end close and AP accruals.
