Atrium, a well-established New England construction company, seeks an AP Specialist to support day-to-day accounts payable in a fully onsite Nashua, NH environment.

You will process vendor invoices in Sage, ensure proper coding, assist with month-end close, and maintain accurate AP records while delivering reliable vendor communication.

• Previous accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview

The AP Specialist will support the accounting team with day-to-day invoice processing and accounts payable operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fully onsite environment using Sage.

Responsibilities Of The AP Specialist

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review invoices for appropriate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices into Sage and maintain accurate AP records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and discrepancies.
