Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in North Dallas area (Plano, TX) is seeking an AP Specialist to join their accounts payable department. You will process high-volume AP transactions, handle PO and non-PO invoices, perform reconciliations, review GL codes, and research discrepancies to resolve issues.

Qualifications include large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
