Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an AP Specialist to manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and issue weekly checks in a high-volume environment. The role requires basic Excel skills and a accounting background.

Qualifications

• AP experience in a high volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Basic Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships and setup of new vendors.
• Match, code, and vouchering invoices.
• Cut checks weekly.
• Reconcile checking, money market, and credit card accounts.
• Interface with customers on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.

Responsibilities of the AP Specialist

• The AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and setup of new vendors
• Matching, coding, and vouchering invoices
• The AP Specialist will cut checks weekly
• Reconcile all checking, money market, and credit card accounts
• Interface directly with customers on overdue invoices and work to resolve any payment issues

Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist

• AP experience in a high volume environment
• Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience
• The AP Specialist must have basic Excel skills

Salary is $50,000-60,000
