Job summary

Job Overview – AP Specialist – 34442

A well-established manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its close-knit accounting team. Reporting to the Controller, this position will be responsible for managing the company's outgoing cash flow and ensuring vendor invoices are accurately processed, approved, and paid on time.

This is a high-volume, hands-on Accounts Payable role supporting multiple company locations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $28/hr

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
