Mallory Alexander International Logistics is seeking a Logistics Professional to join our Memphis team as an Accounts Payable Resolution Specialist. You will resolve Bravotran exceptions, research invoices in CargoWise, and coordinate with Operations, vendors, and Bravotran support to keep AP flowing.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in accounts payable or freight accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and AP controls.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of accounts payable or freight accounting experience preferred.
• Experience researching and resolving complex invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Bravotran and invoice queues to ensure timely review and follow-up.
• Investigate invoices failing automated processing due to data issues.
• Research invoice/shipment data in CargoWise to determine action.
• Correct issues within escalation procedures and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with vendors for information and documentation to resolve exceptions.
• Track exception metrics and provide regular AP reporting.
