Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; recent grads encouraged.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and the purchase-to-pay lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; fast, accurate typing.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) and prompt techniques.
• Experience with financial software and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with high precision in ERP systems.
• Audit employee expense reports for compliance with Travel & Expense policies.
• Data entry for vendor setup, tax documents, POs, and payment scheduling.
• Use AI tools to analyze financial data and draft process documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly AP reconciliations and period-end closings.
• Seek opportunities to improve AP efficiency with AI-driven workflows.
