Ideal candidates will have experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Some flexibility for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Familiar with AP cycle: invoicing, PO matching, vendor management.
• Willingness to learn new accounting systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP inbox, respond to invoices and vendor inquiries.
• Process vendor invoices and code for approval and payment.
• Perform PO matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve AP issues.
• Assist with payment processing, month-end close, and reconciliations.
