Job summary

SBT Global is seeking a Procurement Administrator in Plano, TX to support the Cloud Business Division with diverse tasks across procurement, accounting, and legal teams. You will facilitate purchase processes in ERP and handle cost statements, POs, and vendor payments.

Responsibilities include invoice processing, customer billing, vendor/customer communications to resolve PO and shipment issues, and managing PE/PO while assisting contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or 3+ years of related experience.
• ICT literate.
• Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills.
• Korean/English bilingual mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Cloud Business Division with tasks across procurement, accounting, and legal teams.
• Facilitating purchase processes in ERP system.
• Tracking and recording cost statements, POs, and vendor payments.
• Invoice processing and customer billing.
• Interacting with vendors and customers while resolving issues regarding POs, lead times, and shipments.
• Efficiently managing resale projects with clear communication to customers, vendors, and teams.
• Managing PE/PO.
• Assisting in devising compromises between vendors and customers to make contracts.
• Managing new vendor and customer registrations.
• Creating customer quotations for operation team.
