Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a contract administration professional to support delivery, AR/AP, and deal desk activities for B2B projects. You will manage contract-related processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP SD and Salesforce experience, and the ability to liaise with Finance, Legal, and the CFO Office. This is an on-site, full-time position based in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, & communication skills.
• Proactive and responsible with strong customer service mindset.
• Prior SAP SD module and channel business knowledge is a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• B2B contract management including delivery & AR/AP support (Deal Desk).
• Contract approval execution in SAP & Salesforce.com.
• Issue Purchase Orders to vendors and manage payments, inspections, and credit memos.
• Customer billing and AR management responsibilities.
• Liaise between Business Team, Accounting Dept., and CFO Office for B2B projects.
• Respond to financial audit requests from CFO office.
• Liaise between Business & Legal on reseller agreements, amendments, contract/purchase order revisions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Accounting to obtain accurate sales tax rates on direct sales project invoices.
