Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented professional to support B2B contracts, delivery, and AR/AP duties.

You will execute contract approvals in SAP and Salesforce.com, issue POs to vendors, and act as system PM for vendor payments, inspections, and credit memos. You will also handle customer billing and AR, coordinate cross‑functional projects with Accounting and the CFO Office, and respond to CFO audit requests.

Qualifications

Requires excellent analytical, organizational, & communication skills.
Must have proactive personality and responsibility; plus good customer service skills.
Prior SAP SD module and channel business knowledge is a plus.
Must have high proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

B2B Business Contract ~ Delivery & AR/AP support (Deal Desk).
Contract approval execution in SAP & Salesforce.com.
Issue Purchase Orders to Vendors; some manual work involved.
Manage vendor payments, inspections and credit memos as system PM.
Customer Billing and AR management.
Act as liaison for B2B projects between Business Team, Accounting Dept. and CFO Office.
Respond to financial audit requests from CFO Office.
Liaison between business & Legal.
Reseller agreements, amendments, contract/purchase order revisions and follow ups.
Work with Accounting to ensure accurate sales tax rates on invoices.
