Role Summary
The Junior Procurement Specialist will support daily purchasing and sourcing activities to obtain goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining high quality standards and ensuring on-time delivery. Working closely with suppliers, internal departments, and senior procurement team members, this position handles order tracking, vendor communications, and purchasing administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and full bilingual fluency in Korean and English are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Execution: Assist in daily purchasing and sourcing operations, ensuring materials and services are acquired at optimal cost and quality.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with domestic and Korean/international vendors to request quotes, confirm delivery schedules, and resolve shipment or order discrepancies.
- Purchase Order & Data Management: Process purchase requests, enter order details into internal databases/ERP platforms, and track delivery ETAs.
- Internal Department Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to streamline procurement timelines and verify incoming deliverables.
- Reporting & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate procurement files, analyze basic purchasing metrics in MS Excel, and support senior procurement specialists with routine bilingual reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both Korean and English (Required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
