Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant and Data Analyst (Korean bilingual) to support system implementation, process improvement, data analysis, and project management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in data/BA/PM roles, a BA/BS degree, strong communication, and Korean language proficiency; willing to work on-site in Plano, TX, with occasional travel up to 10% and close collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst / BA / PM / Consultant or similar.
• Korean language proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support system implementation and process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes.
• Analyze, visualize, and automate data and business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead requirements gathering and maintain project documentation.
• Develop processes to manage, monitor, and track deliverables, milestones, and action items.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
