Job summary

CFS is seeking an AP & Payroll Specialist in Wilsonville, OR. This hybrid role supports weekly payroll for union employees and manages accounts payable, leveraging Viewpoint Spectrum for payroll and AP records.

You will partner with leadership on accounting duties and may expand into HR responsibilities as the role evolves. The position offers a stable environment with limited travel, strong benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) match, and opportunities to grow within a long-tenured

Qualifications

• Payroll experience, preferably including union and/or certified payroll.
• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction accounting software.
• Accounts payable processing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 50 union employees.
• Manage accounts payable and weekly check processing.
• Maintain payroll and AP records within Viewpoint Spectrum ERP.
• Partner closely with leadership to support accounting and administrative functions.
• Assist with special projects and additional HR-related responsibilities over time.

Target Compensation: $75,000
