Call Your Mother Deli in Washington, DC is seeking an AP & Payroll Coordinator to support accounts payable, payroll, and related financial operations. This hourly role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality across vendor interactions and shop teams.

You will manage invoices, enter data in Restaurant365, coordinate approvals, and help with payroll setup and post-payroll follow-ups. The role emphasizes accuracy, follow-through, and collaborative, fast-paced teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, billing, payroll, or administrative support.
• Experience with invoices, spreadsheets, and financial information.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Restaurant365, ADP, Toast or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing inbox and respond to vendor questions.
• Enter invoices into Restaurant365, verify details and supporting docs.
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on missing items to keep payments moving.
• Maintain organized vendor, utility, invoice, and payment records; process donations and advances.
• Set up employees by collecting payroll information and ensuring accuracy.
