Asplundh in Horsham, PA seeks an AP Payment Analyst to execute end-to-end biweekly pay cycles across all payment methods and banks, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong internal controls over the disbursement process.

You will prepare payment forecasts, reconcile results, process payments, and support daily close, lease payments, system maintenance, and special projects such as AP aging analysis and 1099 filings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior accounts payable experience required; payment processing experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle and Coupa is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of internal controls and payment fraud prevention practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet pay cycle deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare the biweekly pay cycle forecast and run cycles for each bank and payment method.
• Review payments for accuracy and submit for approval per procedures; coordinate secure check distribution.
• Investigate and resolve payment errors promptly; ensure vendor credits are applied timely.
• Assist with daily AP close quality control and reconciliation; process invoice approvals and identify invalid vouchers.
• Process monthly lease payments and coordinate renewals; support special projects and 1099 filing processes.
