Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and scale our AP function across multiple entities. You will own end-to-end AP, develop the team, and implement standardized workflows and controls as we grow.

Responsibilities include managing invoice processing, vendor onboarding, month-end close, and AP system ownership (NetSuite and Ramp). You will partner with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounts payable experience.
• 2-3+ years managing or leading an AP team or function.
• Strong command of two-way/three-way matching and non-PO invoice coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AP team, mentoring and developing staff.
• Own the full AP process end-to-end across multiple entities.
• Standardize AP policies, workflows, and coding guidance.
