Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to own the AP function, strengthen financial controls, and ensure timely, accurate payments. You will guide vendor payments, documentation, and compliance while partnering with Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams.

You will lead automation initiatives, oversee 1099/1042-S reporting, and collaborate with business stakeholders in a dynamic sports and entertainment context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• Experience with AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and employee expense management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP operations including vendor payments, documentation, tax reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close.
• Monitor Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy compliance.
• Manage 1099/1042-S reporting, sales & use tax requirements, and unclaimed property administration.
• Improve AP policies, internal controls, workflows, and automation in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business teams.
