Accountants One, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced A/P Lead/Supervisor to build a standalone AP function. This hands-on, high-visibility role manages daily transactions and helps establish processes, workflows, and internal controls for a growing company.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounts payable, strong ERP/NetSuite experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff while driving efficiency and accuracy in a developing finance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or business.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP/NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong invoice processing, vendor management, and month-end close.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day AP activities including processing invoices and reconciliations.
• Review invoices for approvals, terms, and accuracy before posting.
• Coordinate with operations and accounting to resolve coding and approval issues.
• Maintain AP records and vendor master data, including W-9s.
• Prepare ACH and check payment batches; issue remittance advice.
• Support month-end close and 1099 reporting.
• Develop and maintain AP procedures and internal controls.
