Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AP Generalist for a leading client in environmental services. You will manage a high volume of AP tickets, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while handling mail, checks, and deposits. This role supports Procure-to-Pay processes and invoice-to-payment workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AP experience, strong customer service skills, and experience with ticketing systems. Bachelor's degree required; Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable Generalist experience.
• Experience handling AP inquiries and responding to internal/external customer questions.
• Experience researching and resolving AP-related issues.
• Experience working with a ticketing system.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Understanding of the invoice-to-payment lifecycle.
• Experience handling incoming mail and checks.
• Experience maintaining payment/check logs and preparing deposits.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

The role will focus heavily on managing a high volume of tickets, responding to AP-related questions, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include handling incoming mail and checks, maintaining logs, preparing deposits, and supporting Procure-to-Pay processes.
