Job summary

The University of Arizona is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst II to provide analytical support for Travel, Expense & Card Services within Finance & Budget. The role processes travel advances, reimbursements, and advances, ensuring compliance with policies and leveraging SAP Concur and KFS.

The incumbent will monitor workflows, assist with training, and provide exceptional customer service to campus users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Concur Travel & Expense and Kuali Financial System (KFS) or similar ERP.
• Experience interpreting financial, travel, and reimbursement policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze travel and expense reports for compliance with university, state, and federal requirements.
• Independently review and resolve complex or non-routine expense issues, exceptions, and discrepancies.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and compliance decision-making.
• Support audit requests through analysis, documentation, and reconciliation of travel and expense activity.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
