The University of Arizona is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst II to provide analytical support for Travel, Expense & Card Services within Finance & Budget. The role processes travel advances, reimbursements, and advances, ensuring compliance with policies and leveraging SAP Concur and KFS.
The incumbent will monitor workflows, assist with training, and provide exceptional customer service to campus users.
Position Highlights The Accounts Payable Analyst II provides operational and analytical support for the Travel, Expense & Card Services team within the Finance & Budget division. This position performs moderately complex travel and expense administration functions, reviews transactions for compliance with University policies and procedures, and provides support for SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) and KFS (Financials) business processes. The person in this role processes travel advances, expense reimbursements, and operational advances while assisting with workflow monitoring, customer support, and training activities. This position exercises independent judgment in applying policies and identifying process issues while contributing to the efficiency and integrity of Travel & Expense operations.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
