Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC is seeking a Director of Accounts Payable in the North Dallas/Plano area to lead a high-volume, multi-entity AP operation. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and scalable processes to ensure accurate and timely payments and strong vendor relations.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in AP/finance operations, 7+ years of people leadership, and deep Costpoint experience, with a track record of AP implementations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive AP accounting or finance operations experience including at least 7 years leading people managers or a large AP function.
• Experience managing at least 5000 payments per month in a high volume multi entity environment.
• Experience leading or materially contributing to AP implementations and transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and related AP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Accounts Payable aligning structure, talent, technology, controls with growth and priorities.
• Lead AP managers and teams, set expectations, goals, succession plans and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor maintenance and exception resolution in a multi-entity environment.
• Ensure internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance across the procure-to-pay lifecycle.
• Sponsor transformations to simplify work, improve scalability and vendor experience.
