Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Director of Accounts Payable to lead a high-volume AP function onsite in the North Dallas/Plano area. You will shape the AP organization, drive governance, and partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Legal to ensure accurate, timely payments and strong controls.

The role requires deep AP expertise, change leadership, and experience scaling Costpoint, automation, reporting, and controls to support growth across construction and corporate operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AP/finance operations with leadership experience.
• Experience processing 5,000+ payments per month in a multi-entity environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Accounts Payable, aligning structure, talent, technology, controls, and service levels with growth.
• Lead AP managers to establish performance standards, goals, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, expense administration, vendor maintenance, and compliance across a high-volume multi-entity setup.
