Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations and staff performance.
• Ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
• Train and develop AP team members.
• Manage vendor invoices and 1099 filings.
• Prepare reports for treasury and leadership.
• Maintain disbursement calendar and confidentiality.
• Onboard new acquisitions related to AP.
