Prime Healthcare is seeking an Associate Director of Accounts Payable to lead the AP shared services across hospital entities from our Ontario, California campus. The role emphasizes vendor management, procure-to-pay workflows, invoice processing, and standardized, compliant processes with a drive for automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AP leadership and procure-to-pay experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle) and AP automation tools.
• Leadership of AP operations across a large enterprise and continuous process improvements.
• Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive automation and efficiency.
