Signia Aerospace is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to support accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and maintain financial records. You will assist with timely payments and month-end activity under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or clerical finance experience.
• Works under direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices, receipts, and payment transactions accurately into accounting systems.
• Match purchase orders, verify documentation, and prepare payments according to established schedules.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP/AR files, records, and vendor or customer account information.
• Minimize posting and data entry errors through careful review and adherence to procedures.
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding payment status, invoice questions, or billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end reconciliation activities through accurate documentation and transaction tracking.
• Handle sensitive financial data in accordance with confidentiality and company policies.
