Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports; manage accounts payable/receivable and invoices.
• Reconcile payroll and validate reports before transmission.
• Prepare and submit client invoices; ensure proper accounts in the system and timely bill payments.
• Assist in collecting timesheets and entering them into payroll system.
• Prepare payroll data for external processing service.
• Prepare detailed journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
• Perform account reconciliations including payroll taxes, 401(k), and bank accounts.
• Generate financial reports by analyzing account information and trends.
